You Deserve a Workspace That Makes You Feel at Your Best!

Since the start of the pandemic, we are faced with new challenges of working remotely—such as sharing your space with roommates, partners, kids, and pets, dealing with small cluttered areas of your home, being stuck in one uninspiring place for long hours—all leading to stress, anxiety and loss of productivity and creativity.

The way your workplace looks and functions directly affects how you feel! At Airis Mer, we have discovered a simple formula involving three steps to create your own personal working sanctuary. In our FREE webinar, you'll learn this simple 3-STEP formula to create your own personal work sanctuary.

My own experience and research conducted while working at Stanford d.school show that your workspace has the ability to alleviate the emotional burden of anxiety, sadness, or stress. By learning how to create a work space you truly enjoy, you take a powerful step towards building a work and home life you love. Because when your workspace at home is at its best, so are you.

Meet Your Teacher.

Hi there! I’m Olga Trusova, designer, author of Calm Living, Stanford educator, and founder of Airis Mer.

At the start of the pandemic, I began writing about what it means to have calm living and working in the new hybrid environment. All of us are facing additional challenges, such as maintaining productivity and creativity while managing compounding stresses and demands that come with hybrid work.

After practicing design and innovation for over a decade, and teaching design at Stanford to thousands of people, I knew it was time to put everything I knew together in an online workshop so that people could have their very own toolkit for creating calm, joyful workspaces and home. I believe that simple, intentional changes to any environment can have a profound impact on your well-being at home and at work.

Join me now and start bringing your dreams for your home office to life—no renovation, big budget, or design degree required.

Design Myths.

“Change is NOT possible in my situation. Small tweaks can't lead to big impact. I need a big budget to see real improvement.”

You don't need a big budget to see changes in yourself and in your space almost instantly. Take “Digital Detox”, as an example. At the end of your work week, light candles to signal the beginning of rest and relaxation—you can buy this calming Sandalwood candle from Airis Mer. Then, "unplug" from your devices for the entire night and following day by not checking your messages or consuming digital content. Try it out and you will feel more calm, focused, less stressed and anxious—in just 24 hrs! It’s an example of a small change with a huge impact and very little investment.

“It's not so bad. Some days are better than others.”

You are satisfysing. Instead of creating a wholistic approach to your new hybrid life, you're just re-using some old elements that are still somewhat working for you, and that's why it feels ok some days. Instead of satisfysing, we will help you create the best possible work-life at home, where you're not just surviving, but thriving!

“I can't do this alone. I need to hire a professional interior designer.”

You can and should be the designer of your life and space. Outside assistance can be helpful but only you know how to transform your space into a source of energy for YOU. Each individual is unique and while filling your home office with beautiful furniture is visually appealing, it doesn't always represent your spirit and needs. Airis Mer will give you tools to assess and create experiments for your specific space, situation, family arrangements and needs.

“I don't think I need help, I already figured it out. I go into the office 2x week, or I work from a coffeeshop.”

Since the start of the pandemic, we are all living hybrid lives—some better than others. The truth is we are still trying to figure it out together. In our upcoming workshops, you will have an opportunity to reflect on what's working for you and what's not, to share strategies you developed, to get feedback, and to learn about emerging best practices and tricks from design professionals.
